      How to record a video submission

* Practice your example really well. 

* Set up your phone or computer camera to capture your performance. Record up to a 3-minute video. (Record with your phone a video selfie horizontally so, I can see both hands)

* Watch your video to see if fits the screen.

* When you are satisfied with your footage, submit the video through the Video Ask link in your email.

* I will reply back with a response video of your recording within 48 hrs.
