Terms and Conditions for Master Guitar Basics & Start Soloing Like a Pro Course
The following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between You (“Purchaser” or “You”) and SKMusic Courses LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).
Product
The Company agrees to provide You with lifetime access to the Master Guitar Basics & Start Soloing Like a Pro Course (the “Product”), a one-time purchase digital course (also referred to as the Guitar Fundamentals Crash Course or Guitar Solo Starter Kit), which includes:
- Video Lessons: 6 modules covering guitar fundamentals (chords, strumming, techniques) and soloing skills (scales, improvisation).
- Interactive Quizzes: Quizzes after each module to reinforce learning (e.g., chord identification, scale matching).
- Downloadable PDFs: Tablature, exercises, and guides for practice.
- Audio Tracks: Practice tracks to develop technique and style.
- Bonus: Access to a private community for support and feedback.
As a condition of purchasing and using the Product, You agree to be bound by all policies and procedures in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.
Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, & Disclaimer
The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference. Except as modified by this Agreement, these policies apply fully to Your use of the Product. In case of conflict, this Agreement governs.
Nature of the Relationship
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company provides the Product for educational and informational purposes only. Content, including interactions with instructors, is not professional advice.
Fees
You agree to pay a one-time fee of $97 for lifetime access to the Product. Payment is processed at purchase through the Company’s payment processor. No recurring fees apply.
Payment Authorization
You authorize the Company to charge Your credit card, debit card, or other payment method for the $97 fee. If payment fails, access may be withheld until processed.
Refund Policy
The Company offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If dissatisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your name and email associated with the purchase.
- Purchase date.
- Optional reason for refund.
No proof of completion is required. Upon approval, the Company will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. Processing times are not controlled by the Company.
If refunded, all licenses to use Product materials (videos, PDFs, audio tracks, quizzes) terminate immediately. You must cease using and destroy all copies of the Product content.
The Product
Upon payment, You receive lifetime access to the Product via Kajabi, including:
- Video Lessons: 6 modules on fundamentals and soloing.
- Quizzes: Interactive assessments after each module.
- PDFs and Audio Tracks: Practice resources.
- Private Community: Support and feedback access.
Bonuses: You are entitled to bonuses offered at purchase.
Ownership of All Intellectual Property
All Product content (text, graphics, videos, audio tracks, PDFs, quizzes) is owned by the Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Company’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates. You may not use them without written permission. Your purchase does not transfer intellectual property. You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use during Your lifetime access. You agree not to:
- Modify, publish, transmit, or exploit Product content.
- Share or sell content.
- Alter proprietary notices.
Unauthorized use terminates Your license without refund. Intellectual property violations result in immediate access termination.
Confidentiality
The Company respects Your privacy and will not disclose Your information except as per this Agreement or the Privacy Policy. You agree not to share the Product’s proprietary content with anyone other than the Company or authorized participants.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for Your results. The Company makes no guarantees about outcomes. Your success depends on Your efforts and circumstances beyond the Company’s control. You assume all risks from using or not using the Product’s information.
No Warranties
The Company makes no warranties about the Product’s performance or availability. Content is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
You absolve the Company of liability for any loss from using the Product. The Company is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Content is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or reliability. Your sole remedy is a refund within 14 days.
Arbitration
You waive claims arising from the Product. Any claims must be arbitrated in Franklin, TN, individually, not as a class. You bear arbitration costs.
Indemnification
You indemnify the Company for losses arising from Your use of the Product, violation of this Agreement, or violation of laws or third-party rights. The Company may assume defense of indemnified matters.
Termination and Access Restriction
The Company may terminate access for violations, disruption, or non-compliance. No refunds apply in such cases. Upon termination or refund, You must destroy Product materials.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, is the entire agreement and supersedes prior communications.
Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions.
Waiver
Waivers must be written and signed. No delay in exercising rights is a waiver.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
Effective Date
This Agreement is effective upon purchase.
